The Petroshina L-290 motorcycle tire is designed for use in cross-country bikes. It is characterized by excellent traction and coupling properties on loose soil, stability when cornering, smooth riding and resistance to damage.
The tread pattern consists of high blocks of trapezoidal shape. Their differently directed walls provide the tire with reliable coupling on unstable loose soil surfaces. The central part has significant voids, which gives the tread excellent self-cleaning properties. The shoulder zones, on the contrary, are characterized by a high density of studs. This significantly improves the coupling when the bike is at large angles of inclination, allowing for earlier acceleration when exiting turns.
