Ozka KNK12 – an industrial-type tire designed for use on construction and road machinery. The model is designed for a harsh cycle of field work, where the priority is load-carrying capacity, resistance to damage, and predictable resource in conditions of abrasive wear.
Protection through design
The increased profile height in combination with the optimized geometry of the sidewalls forms a natural damping belt. The tire is not afraid of contact with stones and technological irregularities — the sidewall absorbs the impact, not transferring it to the carcass. At the same time, a smooth ride effect is achieved.
Tread with functional separation
The tread pattern is built according to a hybrid scheme with clear functional zoning.
The central zone is represented by a wide segmented rib. Such a structure eliminates micro-displacements during straight-line movement, reduces rolling resistance, and optimizes abrasive wear along the center of the tread. The shoulder zones are open blocks.
Separate massive elements work like soil grippers when braking and prevent lateral slipping of the vehicle on slopes or when turning on a soft base. The open shoulder zone self-cleans from stuck soil, maintaining the geometry of the gripping edges.
Carcass and its specifics
The model is equipped with a reinforced nylon cord. This is a deliberate choice of material: nylon provides the necessary elasticity for a high-profile tire while maintaining load-carrying capacity. The carcass withstands cyclic deformations when working with a full load, does not provoke overheating, and maintains the geometry of the contact patch.
