The Otani OH-204 commercial tire is designed for mixed operating conditions, including use on unpaved surfaces. It can be installed on any axle. It is characterized by improved traction and adhesion properties on loose unstable surfaces, increased load capacity and strength.

The tire is equipped with a reinforced all-steel carcass. This increases its load capacity and resistance to impact. The sidewalls have similar properties, with increased thickness and a bead ring containing a special cord that increases the tire's fixation force on the wheel disk. The tread pattern has a closed design with solid shoulder ribs. They reduce rolling resistance and wear, improving directional stability and handling accuracy. The central part with numerous blocks provides high traction on unpaved surfaces.
