Description Otani OH-106
The commercial tire Otani OH-106 belongs to a line of models designed for trucks used predominantly on regional routes. It is characterized by improved traction and braking properties on wet surfaces, driving comfort, high-speed stability, fuel efficiency, and wear resistance.
The tread pattern is distinguished by closed shoulder areas, each of which is a continuous longitudinal rib. These elements, due to their increased rigidity, prevent the occurrence and development of uneven wear, increasing the mileage of the tire. Four circumferential grooves, thanks to their volume, effectively combat aquaplaning, and their wavy shape and ribbed profile of the vertical walls enhance this property, as well as prevent overheating of the tire.
Key features of Otani OH-106
- closed shoulder areas increase resistance to uneven wear;
- wide longitudinal grooves prevent the occurrence of hydroplaning, and their wavy shape and ribbed profile prevent stone trapping and overheating of the tire;
- lugs in the central part improve traction and braking properties on wet surfaces.
