The commercial tire Nortec T298 is installed on the driving axles of trucks. It is designed for use, predominantly, on wet and snowy roads. In such conditions, it demonstrates stable traction and coupling properties, along with reduced rolling resistance, wear resistance and increased load capacity.

The tread pattern consists of blocks. The elements are arranged in a "chess" order, which made it possible to significantly increase their number, thereby improving traction and stability on wet and snowy roads. Such an arrangement of elements increases the directional stability at high speed, reduces rolling resistance and wear. It is worth noting the increased depth of the tread pattern notches. This improves the performance of the tire on winter roads, reduces the risk of its damage and increases its mileage. The tread is made of a special rubber compound. It has increased elasticity at low temperatures, which improves the grip on slippery surfaces, along with a high level of resistance to wear, punctures and tears.
