Nortec КФ-97 — diagonal tire of chamber type, designed for harsh operating conditions of tractor trailers and agricultural machinery. The model was created for soft soil, arable land, dirt roads and off-road. It retained the proven-for-generations construction of farmers, reinforcing it with modern rubber compounds. The result is high carrying capacity, survivability and comfort even when working in the field.

Diagonal carcass

The tire uses a diagonal cord, which implies a cross arrangement of threads. This gives several advantages:
- high lateral stiffness - the trailer does not "sway" when turning and on unevenness;
- a multi-layer diagonal carcass better resists punctures;
- when worn out, such a tire is easier to vulcanize with a tread.

Chamber construction

In the era of tubeless tires, this looks archaic, but for soft soil and arable land, the chamber has its own advantages:
- slow pressure loss in case of a puncture;
- the possibility of using welded side cuts;
- stable pressure at low loads.

Universal tread

The model's pattern is unified. Moderately high blocks with rounded edges do not get stuck in loose soil, but work like "skis", providing a contact area. Wide transverse grooves for self-cleaning from dirt and water drainage. The tread provides predictable movement of the trailer behind the tractor on any surface: from a wet meadow to a broken field road.

Reducing vibrations and shocks

The model's compound has added elastomers with increased viscosity. This provides shock absorption and resistance to abrasion. The service life of such a tire is up to 5-7 years with proper operation.
