Nortec FL-29 — a radial tire for agricultural equipment, where the priority is not only the effective implementation of traction, but also the minimization of impact on the soil layer. The model is designed for tractors and combines operating in field cycle conditions, where every pass of the equipment should leave the soil as preserved as possible for subsequent crop growth.

Radial construction

Unlike diagonal tires, where the cord threads intersect at an angle, the radial architecture involves the arrangement of power layers perpendicular to the direction of movement. This provides three key benefits for agricultural equipment:
- increased contact patch — such a frame allows the tread to fit more closely to the ground, expanding the support surface;
- reduced specific pressure — the weight of the equipment is distributed over a larger area, reducing the load on the soil;
- sidewall elasticity — the structure better adapts to terrain irregularities without losing its carrying capacity.

Optimized tread pattern

The model uses a tread geometry adapted for field work. The directed V-shaped tread pattern combines sufficient aggressiveness to implement traction on loose and wet soils and even distribution of pressure to prevent local overloads. The inter-block space is designed with soil adhesion in mind. When the wheel rotates, the soil is not jammed into the tread, but is thrown out by centrifugal force. The reinforced frame and optimized sidewall design reduce the risk of punctures and cuts when in contact with crop residues, stones, and technological obstacles.
