Nokian Hakkapeliitta NRS-T – a winter tire for passenger vehicles from a well-known brand, is characterized by increased stability, rapid self-cleaning, and high maneuverability on snowy or icy roads.
The model features a directed symmetric tread with a V-shaped pattern. Rhomboid blocks, collected in four central ribs, contain a multitude of transverse lamellas on themselves. This structure provides reliable fixation of the vehicle on any surface, minimizing the risk of slushplaning. The separate arrangement of blocks implies the presence of a dense network of intersecting channels. This promotes the rapid removal of any type of contamination, always keeping the contact area clean.
The level of maneuverability is increased by the shoulder area with medium blocks. As a result, even high-speed turns will not allow the car to skid, providing the driver with "transparency" of control.
The elastic compound with silica helps to maintain traction at any temperature, reliably fixing the tire on various road surfaces.
