Description Nitto NeoGen 225/50 R17 98W XL

Nitto NeoGen tire is a summer model belonging to the Ultra High-Performance class. It is specifically designed for low-profile vehicles to provide enhanced stability under any conditions. Owners of low-profile vehicles are well aware that ordinary tires on their cars wear out relatively quickly. This occurs because these vehicles have a lowered center of gravity and increased negative camber values, which regular tires do not take into account. The tire is created specifically for low-profile vehicles, providing even load distribution, thereby guaranteeing a long service life.

Since the inner shoulder zone is a single continuous block, this type of tread pattern provides excellent stability for vehicles with a lowered center of gravity and negative camber angles. The specially applied rubber compound has achieved excellent traction characteristics and increased contact patch.

The specially designed tread pattern quickly removes water from the contact patch, preventing aquaplaning. The presence of a large number of lamellas reduces noise while driving and provides increased traction. Also, the Nitto NeoGen tire has an original design that will complement any vehicle, which is why it has gained popularity in car tuning.

During the production of the carcass, a special reinforced cord was used, which allowed increasing the reliability of the tire. In the production of the tire, only modern equipment and the latest materials are used, so when purchasing this model, you can be confident in its quality, which is confirmed by various certificates. All these characteristics make the tire quite popular among consumers.

Main features of the Nitto NeoGen tire

- A specially designed tread pattern provides excellent operational characteristics, especially when driving on wet road surfaces;
- A special rubber compound has increased traction with the road surface and increased driving comfort due to reduced noise while driving;
- The reinforced side zone not only provides protection against external damage but also allows for more confident passage of turns at high speeds;
- Load distribution has increased the tire's service life.

Technologies

Shoulder area from the inside

The inner shoulder area is designed as a single continuous structure, which increases stability and stiffness.

This solution reduces wear on the inner part of the tread, which often occurs in vehicles with low suspension and negative camber.

Multi Wave lamellas

3D lamellas Multi Wave, located on the inner part of the tread, provide:
Improved grip on a wet road
Optimal mobility of tread blocks for improved wear resistance

Wide blocks in the shoulder area

Reinforced outer tread blocks provide:

Maximum grip on the road surface when cornering
Increased stability during maneuvering
Controlled tire deformation under lateral loads

Technological advantage:
Increased contact patch with the road without losing construction flexibility.

Wide longitudinal grooves and 3D tapered blocks

Innovative tread pattern provides:

Effective water drainage due to enlarged longitudinal grooves
Stable grip on wet roads thanks to 3D-sheared blocks
Optimal balance between drainage and contact patch area

Operating principle:
Wide grooves quickly drain water from the contact patch, and the special block shape maintains tire stability during aquaplaning.
