The Nankang XR611 tire is a convenient and efficient city model, distinguished by its receptivity, low noise level, and improved braking performance on wet road surfaces. The presence of four direct protector grooves allows to exclude the effect of aquaplaning on wet road surfaces.
The tread has a special pattern that ensures receptivity. The grooves that diverge gradually towards the periphery from the center of the channel increase the speed of water removal from the contact patch, increasing the resistance to aquaplaning several times. The tread design provides a quiet ride on the highway. The optimized tire profile has achieved a balance of traction force with the road surface.
The Nankang XR611 tire has high acoustic comfort and a long service life. The most advanced technologies were used in its production.
Features of the Nankang XR611 tire
- presence of a deep pattern in the center and a less deep one in the shoulder area, with a working massive surface in the central zone. Due to this, the weight is reduced, the wear is more even, and the manageability on wet road surfaces is improved;
- a two-shoulder protector element - consisting of two harmoniously connected segments. The distribution of elements in a certain calculated way made it possible to reduce the noise level of the tire;

Technologies in the Nankang XR611 tire
- seamless spiral technology - an unusual tire design, where a nylon cord forms overlaps on a steel-type cord along the entire perimeter of the tire. This technology makes it possible to create tires without welded seams. It improves the uniformity of mass distribution over the tire (balance), which improves behavior at high speeds when cornering;
- seamless steel wire spiral technology - the lateral structure of the cord consists of a single wire throughout its formation.
