The Mitas XT-244 summer motorcycle tire is designed for motorcycles that operate in any conditions. When creating this model, the main emphasis was placed on increased passability and maneuverability. To achieve this, a new tread pattern design and an updated rubber compound were used. Due to this, the tire not only has excellent driving characteristics but also meets all world standards.
Unique Rubber Compound
To improve the driving qualities of the Mitas XT-244 tire, a new unique rubber compound was used. The wear-resistant parameters were increased due to the use of silicon, which increased the tread life. The new silica provided the rubber with excellent elasticity. This had a positive effect on the traction parameters and accelerated the tire's recovery properties. Even when driving on poor road surfaces, it provides confident and comfortable movement.
Massive Blocks
The tread consists of large blocks with sharp edges and unusual rubber "studs". Due to this, the tire provides excellent handling and increased stability on any surface. In the lateral zone, the blocks are arranged at a special angle, which allowed increasing the contact patch during maneuvers.
After the production is completed, the tire undergoes thorough quality control, which minimizes the risk of defective products reaching the customer.
