Description Mitas SW-10
The Mitas SW-10 motorcycle tire is specifically designed for junior speedway racing. It is installed on the rear wheel and is recommended to be used in combination with the SW-11 model for the front wheel. It is characterized by increased traction and braking intensity on solid dirt surfaces, ease of handling, resistance to damage, and smooth ride.
The tread pattern is a combination of rectangular blocks. The most massive elements are located in the central part, forming elongated transverse edges. This increases traction and braking intensity. In the shoulder areas, the blocks are arranged in a "checkerboard" order, which improves the grip properties in turns and makes it easier to control the trajectory of movement. It is worth noting the tread profile, which, due to the increased contact patch and fixation of its shape and size at a wide angle of the bike's tilt, increases the same driving qualities of the tire, adding higher tread wear resistance to them.
Key features of Mitas SW-10
- optimized tread contour, special sidewall structure provide reliable grip in a wide range of bike angles, ease of handling during maneuvering;
- block tread pattern with several types of lamellas allows for intense acceleration and braking in difficult conditions, maintaining stability in turns;
- improved rubber compound maintains optimal elasticity over a wide temperature range, featuring high resistance to wear, punctures, and tears
