Description Mitas EM-22
The Mitas EM-22 industrial tire is installed on wheeled excavator equipment used in construction and municipal services. The manufacturer recommends its use on loose and friable soil surfaces. Under such conditions, it demonstrates excellent longitudinal traction and transverse stability.
The tread pattern is distinguished by the curvature of the transverse edges and the height of the blocks that form them. This allows for effective implementation of traction effort on loose and friable surfaces. The large unoccupied space between the elements allows the tread to intensively self-clean from stones and small soil particles. The profile of the tread is optimized so that the maximum pressure on the surface is exerted in the shoulder areas. This additionally increases the traction effort and also reduces the risk of lateral slippage.
Key features:
- a tread with long curved transverse edges provides high traction on loose and friable surfaces;
- an optimized tread profile improves longitudinal traction, reduces the risk of lateral slippage;
- a large distance between the lugs allows the tread to intensively self-clean.
