The commercial tire Mirage MG-022 is designed for use on the trailer axle of large-capacity trucks. It is distinguished by its fuel efficiency, wear resistance, damage resistance, and stable traction properties when towing on wet surfaces.

The tread profile is optimized such that when in contact with the road, the contact patch increases and takes on a nearly rectangular shape. This improves traction and, due to the even distribution of pressure, slows down the wear process of the tire's tread. This is largely contributed to by the solid longitudinal ribs on the edges of the tread. The central part, on the other hand, contains a large number of multidirectional edges formed by lamellas. These increase stability on wet surfaces.
