Mileking MK725 – a tool for controlling the total cost of ownership of small cargo equipment. Designed for the light commercial vehicle (LCV) segment, this model solves three key business problems: maximum loading without losing manageability, minimizing downtime, and significant fuel savings.
Dual functionality
The tyre features a so-called "hybrid" tread pattern design, where each zone of the working surface solves its own specific problem. The central belt is made up of solid blocks with an aggressive angle of inclination of the transverse edges. This geometry increases the length of the engagement edges, which is critical when starting on wet asphalt.
The shoulder areas, on the other hand, are designed according to the principle of a segmented longitudinal rib. This is a classic solution for commercial tyres. When entering a turn, the load is redistributed to these rigid "ribs", which minimizes deformation and gives the driver clear feedback.
Manageable resource
To extend the mileage, a micro-drainage system has been introduced on the shoulder bridges. Special grooves on the side ribs work as wear dampers: they cut off peak loads at the edges of the contact patch, ensuring a maximally flat wear diagram across the entire width of the tread.
Compound specifications
For the rubber base, a recipe with a high silica content was chosen. This gave the rubber two important properties:
- resistance to thermal aging — during long trips and high mass, the tyre does not overheat, which prevents the formation of microcracks in the base of the grooves;
- increased resistance to rupture — the formula is reinforced with reinforcing polymers, which makes the sidewalls and tread tolerant to contacts with curbs and sharp elements.

- the combination of longitudinal blocks in the center and segmented ribs on the edges guarantees equally confident behavior, both on a dry highway and in the rain;
- a special recipe with a high content of technical carbon ensures resistance to abrasive wear and prevents the appearance of cord breaks;
- the multi-layer structure with optimized cord placement increases mileage and protects against damage;
- the grooves in the shoulder area not only level out the wear but also actively drain water from the peripheral zones.
