The commercial tire Michelin XDE2+ Retread is designed for highway tractors and heavy-duty trucks. It is installed on the driving axle. It is produced by retreading the tread part of the tire. This uses Michelin Retread technology, which allows for a tire with characteristics comparable to new tires.

Confident behavior on slippery surfaces

The tread pattern is distinguished by the presence of a large number of small blocks. The edges formed by them improve longitudinal and transverse traction. It is further enhanced by S-shaped narrow slits. They also form traction edges, but at the same time direct moisture from under the contact patch to the drainage grooves, increasing stability on wet surfaces.

Optimized compound

The outer part of the tread is made from a rubber mixture, the properties of which were specially selected taking into account the features of the tire's operation. It is characterized by high tear and tensile strength, which reduces the risk of mechanical damage, as well as resistance to abrasive wear, giving the tire a long service life.
