The Michelin X Multi Energy D commercial tire is used on the drive axle of highway tractors. It allows for a significant reduction in operating costs due to its pronounced fuel-saving properties and long service life, even on poor roads. At the same time, the tire is distinguished by its versatility in application. The manufacturer allows its use in any type of cargo transportation.

The high efficiency of the tire is largely due to the use of a whole complex of advanced technologies. One of them is Infinicoil. The carcass of this model is a cord made of a continuous steel wire 400 meters long. In combination with a special "seamless" winding method, this gives the tire exceptional resistance to deformation and mechanical damage.

The tread of the tire is manufactured using the Regenion technology. Press forms obtained using 3D printing are used in production. In addition to exceptional manufacturing accuracy, this has allowed increasing the depth of the lamellas, and making some of them hidden, opening as the tread wears out. As a result, the tire's traction properties are fully preserved throughout its entire service life.
