One of them is the new Energy Flex frame, which has increased resistance to heating, due to which each part of the tire, including the sides and sidewalls, contributes to reducing fuel consumption. The new frame consists of three technological advantages: a special flexible wire for twisting, thinner tire components, and a special Energy rubber compound that is present in the most sensitive areas of the tire. All three components allow controlling the heat that occurs due to various deformations of the tire.

The use of InfiniCoil architecture in tires provides them with three undeniable advantages: increased carrying capacity, improved carrying capacity, and increased safety. This technology is based on a very long single steel wire (about 400 meters) that is wound around the center of rotation of the wheel along its circumference. This architecture optimizes the stiffness of the tire along its circumference and provides increased durability, which means it increases the carrying capacity and wear resistance. At the same time, by stabilizing the subtread area, InfiniCoil prevents structural deformation of the tire, increasing the contact patch, which increases traction and safety.

The use of special "double wave" lamellas with five longitudinal grooves perfectly removes water from the contact patch, preventing aquaplaning and improving traction characteristics. In addition, the lamellas make the tread block more rigid, which allows reducing tread wear. These lamellas operate in two directions (horizontal and vertical), increasing traction with any road surface. All these characteristics make this tire very popular among those who need a cargo tire.
