Description Michelin Scorcher Sport
The Michelin Scorcher Sport motorcycle tire is designed for use on heavy bikes with a classic design, such as the Harley-Davidson. It is characterized by reliable traction, ease of trajectory control during maneuvering, wear resistance, and high mileage.
The tire uses "dual compound" technologies, 2CT for the front wheel and 2CT+ for the rear. In both versions, the tread is divided into several longitudinal strips. The central part, made of a more rigid rubber compound, provides stability of traction and directional stability during straight-line movement. The more elastic compound of the shoulder zones maintains reliable handling in turns. It's worth noting the optimized tread profile, which makes it easier to change the angle of the bike's tilt and ensures the constancy of the shape and size of the contact patch. This significantly increases the level of riding comfort.
Key features of Michelin Scorcher Sport
- "dual compound" technology provides balanced driving characteristics, improving most of them;
- a special tread profile shape facilitates the process of changing direction, ensuring reliable traction at maximum bike tilt angles;
- extended grooves reduce the risk of aquaplaning.
