The Michelin City Pro motorcycle tire is designed for scooters with engines up to 150 "cubes". The model is developed taking into account the specifics of using such equipment in urban environments, as well as its technical characteristics. The tire is offered in more than 20 sizes for wheels with a landing diameter from 14 to 18 inches. At the same time, some options are designed for use at speeds of up to 180 km/h.

MOT

The tire development applied the MOT technology, which protects it from mechanical damage. The essence of the innovation lies in the 3-layer cord made of synthetic materials, which reinforces the tread. This reduces the likelihood of a puncture or cut by an average of 20%, thereby increasing the tire's service life, which is another of its advantages.

Durability

The tread is made of a compound that was specially developed for this tire. Its composition, in addition to silica, the proportion of which has been increased, includes special polymers. They, by strengthening the molecular bonds between all components of the rubber mixture, increase the strength of the tread on tear and stretch, which reduces wear and the likelihood of mechanical damage. This solution allowed to increase the service life of the tire up to 20 thousand kilometers for the rear wheel and up to 30 thousand for the front wheel.
