The tread pattern is equipped with special indicators that allow for very accurate determination of the degree of tire wear. They are made in the form of "steps" applied to the shoulder areas. There are four of them, and each corresponds to a 25% reduction in tread height to 1.6 mm, the minimum permitted value in the EU. The location of the indicators in the shoulder areas makes it possible to level out the unevenness of tread wear by timely changing the installation location of the wheels. This significantly increases the service life of the tires.
