The Mazzini Ice Leopard SUV winter tire is installed on off-road vehicles, crossovers, and pickups. It is positioned by the manufacturer as a model well suited for use on any snow-covered and icy roads. It is characterized by reliable traction and directional stability on slippery surfaces, acoustic comfort, and fuel efficiency.
The directional tread pattern is distinguished by the increased size and arrow-shaped form of the longitudinal rib in the center. This solution provides reduced rolling resistance, directional stability, and precision handling without deteriorating traction properties on snowy surfaces. Efficiency on icy surfaces is achieved by both the studs forming 8 longitudinal rows and several thousand narrow slits - lamellas. The latter, due to their transverse direction, significantly reduce the length of the braking distance and allow intense acceleration even on polished, mirror-smooth compacted snow.
Key features of Mazzini Ice Leopard SUV
- a wide arrow-shaped rib in the middle increases directional stability and handling precision while maintaining traction properties on snow;
- a large width and V-shaped arrangement of drainage grooves allows for intensive removal of a heavy mixture of snow, road mud, and water from the contact patch;
- 8 rows of studs and several thousand lamellas provide reliability of traction properties on the most slippery surfaces.
