The Maxtrek brand belongs to the Chinese company Junhong, which is engaged in the development, production, sale, and recycling of automotive tires. Most of the products are exported. The company's priority markets are the USA, EU, Malaysia, Brazil, Nigeria, and Saudi Arabia. In the country, the brand's tires are often used as original equipment for Foton, Lifan, Foday, and Zotye vehicles. This is largely due to the high investment in research and development - more than 3% of the gross sales volume. Another result of this approach is the receipt of more than 40 patents.
In this segment, the manufacturer offers five models. But each of them has a certain set of operational properties. In particular, the Maximus M9 is distinguished by its exceptional resistance to abrasive wear, increased load capacity, and smooth ride, and therefore it is recommended for use primarily in taxis. The Fortis T5 demonstrates a different approach to tire development, characterized by excellent stability and precision in handling, efficient braking on dry and wet surfaces. The manufacturer recommends using it in the most dynamic versions of passenger cars.
In this segment, three models are presented, which, nevertheless, cover the overwhelming majority of scenarios for using SUVs and crossovers. One of the tires, the SU-800, is an "intermediate" variant, representing a tire of the All Terrain category. All models are characterized by increased strength and resistance to damage, comfort in handling, and smooth ride.
The brand's commercial tire line is focused on pickups and light trucks. Moreover, the wide size range allows them to be used in almost any vehicle of this type, from Asian "compacts" to full-size models of North American brands. All tires are designed for operation primarily on asphalt roads. They are distinguished by high load capacity for their class, wear resistance, and improved traction on wet surfaces.
Currently, the manufacturer offers two winter models - M200 ice and M7. Both are designed for use in regions with a cold climate, differing in the presence and absence of spikes. Both tires are characterized by improved traction on snow, precision handling, and quiet and smooth ride. It is also worth noting the use of a rubber compound in these tires that remains elastic even at extremely low temperatures.
In this segment, the company is represented by the Relamax line, designed for passenger cars. The tires use a rubber compound and frames from the brand's winter models, but their tread pattern is more universal, providing reliable traction on dry and wet surfaces, limited effectiveness on snowy surfaces, and the same quiet and smooth ride.
This manufacturer is one of the few in the industry that offers universal-purpose sports tires, including those for drift competitions. The key feature of the tires is the use of a special rubber compound. As the temperature rises, the compound becomes so elastic that the tire literally sticks to the road surface. This property is enhanced by the optimized profile of the tread and the tread pattern of large blocks, as well as the contour and structure of the sidewalls with an integrated aramid cord.
