Unique rubber compound
When creating the rubber compound, new additives were used that allowed to increase the traction and coupling characteristics. To increase the elasticity of the tread, an increased silica content was used, thanks to which the Maximple MS801 tread has excellent grip with wet road surface. At the same time, the loads on the vehicle's suspension decreased, resulting in reduced maintenance costs.
The wear resistance of the tread was improved by silicon contained in the rubber mixture. Also, due to new additives, the tire has a minimal heating, which has a positive effect on its mileage.
Optimized tread blocks and lamellas
In the production of the tread, a computer modeling method was used, which made it possible to achieve an optimal combination of block shape, channels, and lamellas.
Three rows of blocks located in the central part of the tread provide an increased contact patch. Zigzag-shaped water drainage channels prevent possible aquaplaning, increasing traction with a wet road surface. The optimally selected number of lamellas and notches increases the comfort of movement due to reduced noise while driving. The shoulder area has powerful off-road traction, which ensures reliable traction with any soil and prevents wheel slippage.
