Impact-Resistant Casing
The truck tire operates in very heavy conditions (off-road, on construction sites, etc.), so it has a high risk of damage and rupture. To avoid these negative consequences, a special impact-resistant casing was used in this model. It consists of steel rings and several layers of durable cord, providing maximum protection against various damages. Also, the new casing made it possible to achieve optimal pressure distribution inside the tire, eliminating uneven wear of the tread, which often occurs in truck tires. Special rings in the side area provide additional protection against side damage, which occurs from contact with curbs.
New Tread Pattern
A lot of time was spent on developing the tread design, as specialists tried to take into account all the nuances of operating the Maximple MS800 tire and achieve maximum driving qualities.
In the central part of the tread, there are three rows of continuous blocks that increase stability during straight-line movement. Sharp ground hooks of the shoulder blocks provide excellent grip when passing turns.
Special lamellas with varying depths helped reduce noise while driving and improve traction characteristics on a wet road surface. This model also has minimal rolling resistance, ensuring reduced fuel consumption while driving.
