Description Maximple MS601
The Maximple MS601 truck tire is designed for installation on any axle of buses and trucks. It has excellent traction characteristics on any road surface and has increased protection against possible damage. To achieve these excellent parameters, a unique "Multi-Pitch" tread creation technology and special additives in the rubber compound were used.
Unique "Multi-Pitch" technology
In the production of the Maximple MS601 tread, a unique "Multi-Pitch" technology was used, which provides computer optimization of the tread geometry. As a result, it has an improved structure. Two rows of helical blocks increase the contact patch and improve stability when moving. Special zigzag-shaped lamellae increase traction on wet roads and minimize noise when driving. Three deep grooves prevent aquaplaning, quickly removing water from the tread.
The tread blocks have sharp edges, which increase traction on any terrain. As a result, wheel slippage is prevented and fuel consumption is reduced when driving on soft terrain. The special shape of the shoulder area prevents lateral wear of the tread and improves stability during maneuvers.
New rubber compound
The tire tread is made of new rubber, which has excellent traction characteristics. The high silicon content has increased the durability of the tread, ensuring a long service life. Silica has contributed to the increased elasticity of the tread. Due to this, the tire has excellent recovery properties and excellent traction characteristics on wet road surfaces. The model also features a minimal heat level, which increases the tire's mileage.
Main features of the Maximple MS601 tire
- a new rubber compound with a high silicon and silica content reduced rolling resistance by 11 percent and increased traction on wet surfaces;
- a new carcass design reduces the impact of the road surface on the tread, increasing driving comfort;
- a unique zigzag-shaped lamella structure improves traction characteristics and reduces the sound effect;
- fast recovery of the tread reduces the load on the suspension components.
