Description Matador MP601
The Matador MP601 truck tire, produced at the Matador plant, is designed for summer operation on freight transport regardless of the character of road surface.
The Matador MP601 model has proven itself well in operation on commercial vehicles that perform cargo transportation on dirt and unpaved roads.
The experience of Slovak developers in designing tires for off-road vehicles, as well as the introduction of innovative technologies, the use of electronic design and testing systems, make it possible to produce high-quality products with excellent technical characteristics.
A specially selected composition of the rubber mixture based on silicone rubber guarantees the reliability of traction and coupling characteristics with soils of any hardness. Additionally, the rubber is distinguished by high wear resistance, which provides an excellent economic effect due to the increased service life. The environmental friendliness of the used components is an undeniable advantage of such rubber.
High load-carrying characteristics (tensile strength coefficient) are ensured by the specific design of the all-steel cord, which does not allow significant changes in the geometric dimensions of the tire, and also protects the Matador MP601 tire from destruction due to mechanical damage.
The specific tread pattern and the mutual arrangement of blocks provide the most dense contact with the soil. Very wide side channels and reinforced shoulder blocks of the tread give an advantage when driving on dirt roads. Additionally, such a design contributes to the rapid cleaning of the tread from stuck mud, as well as effectively counteracting undesirable aquaplaning.
The characteristic rhomboid lamellas of the central part of the tread are designed to improve the speed characteristics of the vehicle when driving on roads with solid and dry surfaces.
