Mastersteel Winter Plus

The Mastersteel Winter Plus winter tire is designed for mid-size passenger vehicles. Available sizes are suitable for wheels with diameters from 13 to 18 inches. It features increased elasticity at extremely low temperatures and reliable traction properties on any winter surface.

The tread area is made of a rubber compound with ultra-high silica content. The component, represented as a fine dispersion, provides the tire with elasticity at extremely low temperatures, significantly enhancing traction on any cold surface. The tread pattern has a directional design with a V-shaped arrangement of grooves and a dense arrangement of blocks in a checkerboard pattern. This solution increases the contact patch, optimizes pressure distribution, and improves traction on snow. On icy surfaces, thousands of 3D lamellas come into play, saturating the contact area with sharp edges to the maximum.
