The LingLong LLA01 truck tire has a very broad range of applications. First of all, it is worth noting a rather diverse size range, consisting of 8 sizes for wheels with a mounting diameter of 20 and 22.5 inches, which significantly improves the applicability of this model. In addition, it is suitable for operation on any axle of trucks and buses throughout the year. This is largely due to the universal tread pattern, which gives the tire excellent performance on various types of pavement in any weather conditions.
Massive longitudinal ribs
Like most other truck tires, this model is equipped with a symmetrical non-directional tread pattern characteristic of this tire product, containing several longitudinal ribs. There are four of them - two elements are located in the central part of the LingLong LLA01, and the other two are shoulder zones. The small number of ribs made it possible to make them more massive, which had a very beneficial effect on rolling resistance, directional stability, and in the case of installation on the steering axle, on handling.
Multiple blocks in the central part
A distinctive feature of the central part of the tread is the presence of a large number of individual blocks of complex configuration, containing many faces and angles. During movement, these elements form a significant number of edges of adhesion. Almost all of them are located at a significant angle to the direction of movement. This design feature, in addition to excellent traction and adhesion properties in the longitudinal direction, provides the tire with a number of other advantages. The main ones are additional directional stability and reduced resonance noise and vibration levels.
