Description LingLong LDW807
The LingLong LDW807 winter tire is specially designed for various trucks. When developing this model, the main emphasis was placed on increased reliability and stability. To achieve this, a new reinforced carcass and an improved structure were used. Throughout the production process, the tire is subject to constant quality control, so it fully complies with many standards and norms.
Robust carcass
Truck tires are often subjected to overloads, which is why they have a high percentage of damage and cracks. To minimize them, this model uses a special reinforced carcass. It is made of high-strength nylon cord and has a steel ring that not only prevents cracking but also makes the central part of the tire more rigid.
Optimized tire structure
When developing the LingLong LDW807 tread, a computer simulation method was used, which made it possible to select the optimal block arrangement throughout the tire surface. Double blocks in the center of the tire provide excellent straight-line stability and accelerate response to steering wheel turns. Extended blocks in the shoulder area increase stability during any maneuvers and reliably protect the tread from punctures. Massive drainage channels provide accelerated self-cleaning and minimize stone trapping in the tire. Smaller channels and notches reduce noise while driving, increasing the comfort of long-distance driving. The optimized block arrangement made it possible to obtain the maximum contact patch, which improved the handling characteristics.
Key features of the LingLong LDW807 truck tire
- two rows of central blocks provide excellent stability during turns, as well as reduce the response time to steering wheel turns;
- massive blocks in the shoulder area increase stability during maneuvers, reducing the risk of lateral damage;
- four massive drainage channels perfectly remove snow, mud, and water from the tire, minimizing aquaplaning;
- the new lamella system improves traction on icy surfaces and reduces the sound effect when moving;
- the reduced rolling resistance significantly reduced fuel consumption during movement and increased stability at maximum speeds;
- the best price-to-quality ratio.
