Description Kingrun TT613
The Kingrun TT613 truck tire is designed for installation on the driving axles of trucks that are used for long-distance driving on highways. The size range, which consists of only one size - 385/65R22.5, unequivocally hints at this. At the same time, the maximum load is 4500 kg, which indicates the high strength of this tire.
Excellent traction and adhesion characteristics
This model is distinguished by excellent traction and adhesion properties, especially on wet surfaces. This was made possible, largely due to the symmetrical non-directional tread pattern. Its characteristic feature is the structure of the central part, where three very wide longitudinal ribs are located. Each of them consists of two rows of separate trapezoidal blocks of different sizes. Such a structure of the tread pattern made it possible to solve several very important tasks at once.
First of all, the contact patch of the Kingrun TT613 has many gripping edges, which made it possible to significantly increase the traction efficiency, especially on a wet surface. In addition, all tread blocks are spaced at a minimum distance from each other and have high structural rigidity at the same time. Thanks to this, the Chinese tire manufacturers were able to give the tire excellent directional stability and reduced rolling resistance.
Optimal distribution of external pressure on the contact patch
High resistance to uneven wear is another characteristic feature of this model. This feature is ensured by a very even distribution of external load on the contact patch. This was achieved thanks to the application of a whole complex of technical solutions. First of all, this is the multi-layer structure of the tire carcass. In addition, the shoulder areas of its tread are made in the form of a very rigid structural element, which has excellent resistance to dynamic deformation. As a result, the tread has become much better at resisting uneven wear, which has significantly extended the life of the tire.
Main features of the Kingrun TT613 model
- five longitudinal ribs provide excellent directional stability and low fuel consumption;
- many small tread blocks of trapezoidal shape provide excellent traction and adhesion properties, especially on surfaces with a low coefficient of friction;
- excellent resistance to aquaplaning due to the large capacity of longitudinal drainage channels;
- superior wear resistance, thanks to the even distribution of external pressure on the contact patch and a rubber compound that contains only high-quality components.
