Description Kapsen HS298
The Kapsen HS298 commercial tire is designed for long-term and intensive operation on regional highways. It is intended for the steering and trailer axles of trucks, as well as any axles of large-capacity buses. It is distinguished by stable coupling properties on wet pavement, fuel efficiency, resistance to damage, and increased mileage.
The tread pattern consists of four continuous longitudinal ribs. The massive and rigid elements reduce fuel consumption, increase wear resistance, and provide excellent directional stability at high speeds. The pair of central ribs contains many lamellas, the edges of which allow for intense braking on wet pavement. In turn, the protrusions on the edges of the shoulder zones provide increased traction on snow. The wide longitudinal grooves effectively prevent aquaplaning, and due to their zigzag shape, they reduce heat and prevent stones from getting stuck in the tread.
Key features of Kapsen HS298
- a universal tread pattern provides the tire with excellent driving characteristics when installed on any axle;
- a special compound with increased resistance to abrasive wear, cracking, and tearing;
- a ribbed profile of the upper part of the sidewalls protects them from damage when touching curbs.
