The Kama Ya-275a summer tire is used on various cargo equipment. It enjoys increased popularity among consumers due to its excellent quality and affordable cost. When developing this model, special attention was paid to increased passability and extended service life. This was achieved through the use of a new rubber compound and a universal tread pattern.
Universal tread pattern
This tire has a conventional tread pattern for this segment, consisting of three rows of blocks and two wide drainage channels. This pattern is specifically designed for optimal operation of agricultural equipment, as it minimizes the possibility of soil damage. The central row of continuous blocks provides excellent stability during straight-line movement. Enhanced self-cleaning is ensured by two wide channels, which also prevent stones from getting stuck in the tread. The massive shoulder area increases stability during turns and protects the Kama Ya-275a tire from possible punctures and damage, which often occur during operation in difficult conditions. The massive ground-gripping elements of the shoulder blocks increase traction with any soil, preventing wheel slippage and increasing the tire's economy.
Reinforced carcass
Agricultural tires are constantly subjected to increased loads and have a high percentage of damage. To minimize possible damage, a high-strength carcass is used in the tire. It consists of a large number of cord layers. Also, the new carcass design allowed for optimal pressure distribution inside the tire, which had a positive effect on the contact patch.
Main features of the Kama Ya-275a tire
- two deep drainage grooves quickly remove water and dirt from the contact patch, preventing aquaplaning and increasing self-cleaning;
- the reinforced shoulder area provides reliable protection against possible damage and punctures and increases stability during maneuvers;
- the new carcass structure minimizes the possibility of tire rupture when increased loads occur;
- special additives in the rubber compound have increased the wear resistance of the tread, which contributed to an increase in the tire's service life;
