The commercial tire Kama NR 501 is designed for the drive axle. It is distinguished by a wide range of applications, as it is suitable for mixed operating conditions and has increased efficiency on slippery winter roads.
The tread of the tire is made of a rubber compound that largely determines the tire's efficiency in complex winter conditions. The components that make up the compound ensure the preservation of physico-chemical properties at extremely low external temperatures, down to minus 45 degrees Celsius. Another solution that adapts the tire for use in such conditions is the use of a tread pattern with zigzag lamellas. The arrangement of these elements with increased frequency enhances longitudinal traction on icy and wet surfaces.

- reduced rolling resistance and high directional stability are provided by the longitudinal arrangement and large size of the blocks;
