Description Infinity Ecosis
The Infinity Ecosis summer tire is one of the latest developments from a well-known tire manufacturer. The novelty is designed, first and foremost, for owners of small and medium-sized passenger cars looking for models that combine comfort and refined handling in any weather and road conditions. These are the characteristics that are characteristic of this tire.
Three rigid longitudinal ribs in the central part of the tread
A distinctive feature of the symmetrical non-directional tread pattern of this model is the design of its central part. It contains three fairly wide longitudinal ribs, spaced at a significant distance from each other. All these tread elements are distinguished by a very rigid structure due to the absence of breaks throughout their length. Therefore, the Infinity Ecosis tire demonstrates excellent directional stability when moving at any speed, as well as very fast and extremely accurate responses to the driver's actions. This significantly simplifies the process of controlling the vehicle, especially when driving at high speeds.
Excellent grip on wet roads
It is also worth noting the very high resistance of this model to aquaplaning. It is provided by the excellent performance of the drainage system, the main elements of which are four longitudinal grooves located in the central part of the tread. They are distinguished by a very significant volume, thanks to which they can drain almost any amount of water from the contact patch, thereby ensuring reliable grip on wet roads.
In addition to the longitudinal drainage grooves, the tread pattern has numerous lamellas that are located both in its central part and in the shoulder zones. During movement, these elements form a multitude of additional edges, thanks to which the grip on wet roads becomes even more stable and reliable.
Main features of the Infinity Ecosis tire
- four longitudinal drainage grooves, thanks to their significant volume and optimized location, provide excellent resistance to aquaplaning;
- a rigid central rib and an reinforced shoulder zone design improve the accuracy and speed of the tire's response to the driver's actions;
- a rubber compound with increased silica content has improved grip on wet roads and reduced rolling resistance.
