Description Heidenau K34R Vintage Racing
The Heidenau K34R Vintage Racing motorcycle tire is produced by the renowned German manufacturer with over 60 years of history. The key feature of this model can be easily guessed from its name. This tire is designed for use on old sports motorcycles that shone in the racing arena in the 70s of the last century.
Another distinctive feature of this tire is the rare combination of modern technologies with a tread pattern design typical of classic racing motorcycle tires of the 1970s-1980s. I.e. the tire has a modern construction, on top of which is a tread with a traditional tread pattern.
Since the Heidenau K34R motorcycle tire was initially created for racing, its rubber compound is characterized by a short warm-up time to operating temperature and exceptional stability when overheated. Additionally, it has a reinforced carcass that resists dynamic deformation that occurs during movement.
The tread pattern is executed in a traditional style and contains 6 longitudinal ribs. At the same time, two central ribs do not have any breaks throughout the tread, which provided them with very high structural rigidity. Moreover, these ribs are connected to each other by numerous reinforcing elements, which makes this part of the tread even more rigid. This design solution allows the tire to demonstrate excellent directional stability when moving even at very high speeds.
The remaining ribs represent rows of separate rectangular blocks, also connected by reinforcing elements, which gives rigidity to the entire tread. These blocks form a huge number of sharp edges of adhesion, which provides high efficiency of acceleration and braking.
