The summer tire Hankook K129 Ventus S1 evo Z is designed for passenger cars with high dynamic characteristics. It is distinguished by the use of technical solutions in its design, which are used in sports tires for road-ring racing. Thanks to this, the tire demonstrates high efficiency when braking, sports agility in handling, and stability of traction properties at any speed.
The tread part of the tire is made of a rubber compound, the composition of which largely repeats the compound of sports tires for the "ring". It is characterized by a combination of increased elasticity with resistance to abrasive wear and prolonged heating under the continuous influence of extreme loads.
The breaker located under the tread has a "hybrid" design. The steel cord is reinforced with synthetic aramid fibers. Additionally, an extra layer is located along the edges of the tread. This solution improves handling and stability of traction properties at high speeds.
