K107 Construction
The tire has a unique design that allows reducing the stretching of the carcass threads when driving quickly in the contact patch area, while balancing the pressure in the shoulder and central zones of the tread.
The grooves of the asymmetrical tread with flexible, wave-shaped angles, the direct-type tread blocks located in the shoulder area, and the direct depressions provide excellent tire grip on the road. The uniform pattern located on the outer part of the tire increases directional stability and reduces rolling resistance.
The combination of high-tech tread pattern and features of the racing carcass design helped achieve excellent handling and safe braking in extreme situations at high speeds. Four wide channels and small grooves located on the tread edges effectively remove water from the contact patch, providing maximum protection against aquaplaning on wet road surfaces.
