The commercial Hankook AU04+ tire is designed for high-capacity buses. It is installed on the steering axle, but at the same time, the manufacturer allows its use on the driving axle. It is characterized by high mileage during intense operation with constant fittings, fuel efficiency, directional stability, and precision handling.

The closed tread pattern features four wide longitudinal ribs. This design improves directional stability, fuel efficiency, and increased wear resistance. The central two ribs feature unidirectional lamellas, which improve braking efficiency on wet surfaces. The wavy drainage grooves prevent aquaplaning, reduce the risk of foreign objects getting stuck in the tread, and improve acoustic comfort.
