Description Hankook AH33
The commercial tire Hankook AH33 is installed on the steering axle of large-capacity trucks. The manufacturer recommends this model for use on regional roads. It is characterized by improved traction on wet surfaces and a long service life even in the most difficult operating conditions.
The tread pattern has zigzag-shaped lamellas cut in half the depth of the tire's tread. This increases the service life and also improves traction on wet surfaces. Longitudinal drainage grooves effectively prevent aquaplaning, and the wavy protrusions on their bottom reduce the risk of stones getting stuck in the tread. The edges are increased and made in the form of solid elements. They provide a more even distribution of the vehicle's weight on the road surface, giving the contact patch a rectangular shape. This reduces wear, increases service life, and also improves handling accuracy.
