Reinforced carcass
When operating the Goodyear Regional RHT II truck tire in various weather conditions, it is often subjected to maximum loads, as a result, frequent damage to the tread occurs. To minimize possible damage and overload, a special reinforced carcass was used. In its production, a reinforced cord and special steel rings were applied. Due to this, the tire withstands prolonged increased loads without problems and has a minimal percentage of damage. The steel rings also increased the stiffness of the tread in the central part, which significantly improved stability when driving straight. The use of more durable materials ensured optimal pressure distribution inside the tire, which not only increased the contact patch but also prevented uneven tread wear. Now the tire has increased stability and a longer service life.
Optimized tread profile
The optimized tread profile made it possible to improve operational characteristics. The new tread is wider, which increases stability. The tread depth was also increased, which made it possible to achieve excellent driving qualities throughout the entire service life of the tire.
