The tire features some proprietary technologies. One of them is Weather Reactive – special grooves that increase in volume as the tread wears out, improving water drainage. This helps maintain the tread's self-cleaning ability even when it is significantly worn out. Another technology is Tredlock, which allows adjacent blocks to engage during maneuvering, increasing overall stiffness.
The tread structure itself deserves special attention, with three ribs in the central part featuring completely different patterns. The central rib is almost solid and is designed to maintain responsive handling. The two neighboring ribs with a block structure actively contribute to improved traction. To enhance traction on loose snow and ice, zigzag-shaped lamellas are provided.
The use of a polymer package and natural soybean oil in the compound has positively affected the tire's ability to adapt to different temperatures while maintaining its performance characteristics.
