Description Fullrun TB1000
The Fullrun TB1000 tire is designed for use on the trailer axle of trucks during the summer period.
The speed index J (up to 100 km/h) and load capacity of more than 4.5 tons are excellent indicators for operation on vehicles that provide bulk cargo delivery. The Fullrun TB1000 tires have proven themselves well in operation on tank trucks and long trailers. The tread pattern of the Fullrun TB1000 tire exactly repeats the tread of the Fullrun TB822, with the only difference being that the number of sections has been increased to 7.
The solid sections of the tread serve to increase the working surface area, providing a high coefficient of adhesion to the road surface. Self-cleaning of the tread from adhering dirt and rapid removal of water from the contact area is achieved due to the presence of wide drainage channels alternating with tread sections.
The multi-layer cord (18 layers) made of high-strength polymeric fiber provides high load-bearing characteristics and resistance to pressure, thanks to which the geometric dimensions of the tires are preserved even at maximum permissible loads.
The composition of the rubber mixture using silicone rubber and the special micro-porous structure of the tread surface give the design excellent adhesive properties, and even when driving on a slippery surface, stability is ensured during lateral wheel displacement. This is especially relevant when passing turns in rainy weather, which increases the risk of aquaplaning.
In addition to the above advantages, the tread has high wear resistance, which guarantees an increase in the service life of the product.
