One of the key components of the compound composition is silicon dioxide. It, as well as a number of other components, provides thermal resistance while maintaining elasticity, resistance to abrasive wear, and minimizing rolling resistance.
The asymmetric tread is equipped with longitudinal ribs in the central zone. They, in turn, carry a large number of lamellas, creating a multitude of biting edges. This structure provides improved traction on both dry and wet roads. At the same time, the driver does not have to worry about lateral skidding during maneuvers, which are handled by the blocks in the shoulder area. They have a more dense structure and maintain their shape even during sharp turns at high speed.
Thanks to the optimization of the tread and rubber compound, the braking distance was reduced by 7%, and the service life was increased by 14% compared to analogs.
