Fedima FPC 4x4 F.S. – an all-season tire for SUVs and crossovers, which are operated in urban conditions. Among the distinctive characteristics, one can highlight the efficiency of traction and towing properties, high passability, and a long period of operation.
The rubber compound contains both natural and synthetic additives, including silica. It provides elasticity to the tread elements, which contributes to the improvement of adhesion properties to the road surface. Due to this, the tire provides predictability of the vehicle's behavior in any weather conditions.
The tread pattern is represented by medium blocks, which are collected in three rows in the central part. Each of these rows has its own direction, different from the neighboring one. This achieves stability of movement in a straight line, efficiency of traction, and eliminates the possibility of lateral skidding. Also, the model can be studded, which significantly increases its stability on an icy road surface (used in areas with a more severe climate).
The drainage system also plays an important role in ensuring the safety of movement. Deep channels, located both longitudinally and transversely, are able to drain large volumes of snow, water, and liquid mud, keeping the contact area clean.
