Falken Wildpeak A/T is an all-season tire that can be installed on a wide range of passenger cars of various classes. It is characterized by a developed tread structure that ensures the preservation of working properties in any weather. The model can also be used on off-road terrain, maintaining the reliability of traction and towing properties, as well as standing out for its quick self-cleaning.
The tire from the Japanese manufacturer was developed using advanced modeling technologies. Thanks to this, it was possible to optimize its working characteristics, significantly improving some parameters. This was achieved through the application of a special compound, a significant part of which is silicon dioxide. Combining with a number of additives, it provides a high level of elasticity in a wide temperature range, guaranteeing the reliability of traction properties. This same factor also affected the wear resistance, guaranteeing an increased mileage.
The tread is represented by several ribbed structures that have a segmented structure. Thanks to the irregular shape of the blocks, increased traction on off-road terrain was achieved, as well as stabilization of the vehicle on slippery roads. The developed system of channels provides quick cleaning of the contact zone and reduces the likelihood of aquaplaning and slushing.
