Description Dunlop K205
The Dunlop K205 motorcycle tire is part of the standard equipment for the Kawasaki Ninja with a 750 cubic centimeter engine. It is adapted for use on sports bikes released in the 80s of the last century. It is distinguished by a "vintage" design and construction, created using modern technologies.
The tread of the tire features a V-shaped arrangement of drainage grooves. One of them runs exactly along its middle, which significantly reduces the risk of aquaplaning. The grooves have a curved shape and inclination. This increases the length of the edges formed by them, giving them multidirectionality. As a result, on a slippery surface, it provides increased accuracy of control, directional stability, and stable traction.
Main features:
- designed for sports bikes from the 80s with mid-displacement engines;
- increased content of drainage grooves provides stability on wet surfaces;
- an optimized frame made of synthetic materials and a tread profile increase the contact patch, ensuring its constancy over a wide range of motorcycle lean angles.
