The Dunlop GrandTrek AT22 tire is an all-season model designed for off-road vehicles and small trucks. It is oriented towards 50% on-road and 50% off-road use. During the development of this tire, the company's specialists tried to take into account the possible operating conditions. To do this, they had to use the latest technologies and the latest achievements in the tire industry.
When developing the tread, a computer simulation method was used, which made it possible to achieve the optimal arrangement of all tread elements. The Dunlop GrandTrek AT22 tire is characterized by equally confident working characteristics, regardless of the road surface (ordinary road, off-road, etc.). A special system of lamellas made it possible to achieve excellent acoustic comfort and excellent traction characteristics. The massive blocks in the shoulder area perfectly protect the tire from possible external damage, often occurring when driving off-road. The four zigzag-shaped grooves quickly remove water and snow from the contact area and provide increased self-cleaning, which is why the tire has excellent handling and passability. All these qualities have made the tire popular, not only among car enthusiasts but also many car manufacturers install it on their cars as standard equipment: LEXUS LX570, TOYOTA LAND CRUISER 200.
