Description Dunlop D423
The Dunlop D423 motorcycle tire is designed for use in large-displacement bikes with high-torque engines. It is the original equipment tire for the Honda Goldwing 1800. It is distinguished by reliable traction on dry and wet surfaces, wear resistance, and resistance to mechanical damage.
The tire is offered in two versions - for the front and rear wheels. The versions differ from each other in the width of the tread and its pattern. Both versions are characterized by an increased volume and length of drainage grooves, which provides stability against aquaplaning and high traction and braking force on wet surfaces. Another feature is a special tread profile and low sidewall height. This increases the contact patch and maintains its size and shape even at maximum bike lean angles. As a result, reliable traction is ensured in combination with ease of handling.
Key Features of Dunlop D423
- tread pattern with numerous drainage patterns is effective on wet surfaces;
- optimized tread profile allows for easy trajectory changes, provides reliable traction at maximum bike lean angles;
- increased stability at high speeds due to increased carcass stiffness.
