The winter tire Doublestar DS803 is very popular among truck owners. This model was developed using innovative technologies and modern materials. As a result, the tire has improved traction and excellent reliability.

Unique additives in the rubber compound

When creating the rubber compound, a large number of unique additives were used, which made it possible to obtain improved driving qualities. To increase the elasticity of the tread, the Doublestar DS803 uses an increased content of silica, which made it possible to increase the coupling properties with a wet road surface and accelerate the recovery of the tread. Even in heavy rain, the tire has increased stability and excellent feedback. Silicon provided improved wear-resistant characteristics, which ensured increased mileage. Due to its fast recovery properties, the tire increases driving comfort, "swallowing" any irregularities.

Unusual tread pattern

The tread design was developed using computer modeling, which made it possible to obtain excellent driving qualities. Optimally located blocks increase the contact patch with the road surface. The centrally wide rib provides excellent stability during straight-line movement and quick response to steering wheel turns. The new shoulder zone structure, which has a large number of depressions and sharp edges, increases stability during various maneuvers. Three deep water drainage channels quickly remove water from the contact patch, increasing coupling and preventing possible aquaplaning. The high content of small notches reduces noise during movement, increasing coupling on a wet road.

Main features of the Doublestar DS803 tire

- minimal noise during movement was achieved due to the use of a large number of lamellas;
- increased stability during maneuvers is provided by the shoulder zone, which contains special depressions and sharp edges;
- excellent coupling with any road surface is ensured by the new rubber compound and the branched water drainage system;
- the best combination of cost and quality.
